Spend your special day at the picturesque Mandarin Garden Club in Jacksonville, Florida. This historic non-profit organization offers beautiful spaces indoors and out where you can host your garden wedding ceremony and inside reception. Exchange your vows beneath a charming arbor or in any one of the numerous Enchanting Garden sites; you are sure to have a lovely ceremony in this Romantic Outdoor Setting. 

Start celebrating at your Reception with all your friends and family inside the modernized main hall of the clubhouse. This spacious room features unadorned walls and polished concrete floors that will act as a blank canvas for you to transform to your liking. It’s perfect for a do- it-yourself wedding or hire a decorator to help you; decorate the ceiling space with elegant tulle draping and glimmering string lights! You can use a DJ for a fun night of dancing, and the facility’s onsite full service kitchen allows you to either hire a caterer or bring your own delicious cuisine. Your wedding will be an event to remember at the beautiful Mandarin Garden Club.

We appreciate your interest in the Mandarin Garden Club. Our weekends rent for three full days; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. As part of the Wedding Package, for no additional charge, you can have an Outdoor Ceremony in our Beautiful Gardens, and you will have full use of our kitchen, as well. 

Our main hall has Spot-Lights on Dimmers for evening mood lighting. Our Venue holds 150 guests. We permit Alcohol when it’s only given away.

You provide your serving pieces and linens, and you are responsible for doing your own set-up and clean-up. We do have a cleaning service that will clean for you for a fee, if you desire. 

The fee is paid the day you sign the contract to hold your booked days. There is a $500 Cash, Refundable, Security Deposit Due at Check-In on the First Day of your Booked Event, at which time you will also Receive the Key for the Three-Day Weekend.

If you're having an Outside Sit-Down Wedding, you would need to rent outside type chairs or benches. Our chairs are padded and do not go outside. 

The rental comes with 30-6 ft. banquet tables, and 115 padded, folding chairs that accommodate chair covers nicely. The use of covers makes your event look very elegant. Two of our banquet tables can be put together to make one large square that will hold 10 guests. This arrangement leaves plenty of room for your centerpiece; when you put two tables together, you will actually use less centerpieces. 

We do not allow for rented chairs and tables to be brought in the main hall that would completely replace our tables & chairs for rental events. We do not have storage for all of our existing tables & chairs. However, additional tables and chairs can be brought in to use with what we already have to accommodate additional guests. 

On Friday we would do a walk-through check-in no earlier than 8:30am. You will have the whole day to decorate and set-up our venue for Your Event, or over-see it being done for you. 

You cannot attach anything to the walls, but you will be able to hang items from the ceiling. In order to have something ‘LOOK LIKE’ it is hanging on the wall, use Ceiling Track Clips to hook to the ceiling's metal track. Material can be threaded on a small size PVC pipe, and the pipe hung from the ceiling track with monofilament fishing line behind the brides table. Back-lighting can then be utilized, if you desire. A photo booth can be set-up using the same idea for your back-drop.

On Saturday your fiancé, family member, or friend will probably meet your DJ to set up, meet your food caterer or bring in your own food, and meet others to bring in your cake and flowers. The Bride, usually not wanting to see her husband-to-be on the Wedding Day, will be having her hair, nails, and toes done with her bridesmaids. 

We have a small dressing room where the wedding dress can be hung until the big event. Arrive in your street clothes, to avoid dress wrinkles, and slip into that beautiful gown in plenty of time for your Wedding and Reception. 

Then on Sunday, you would have the whole day to come back at your leisure, get your personal things out, and then clean the building leaving it the way it was given to you. Then on Monday morning at 8:30am you would meet me for the walk-through close-out. 

For events over 100, Additional Parking could possibly be available by Special Request at No Extra Cost to the Renter.

In order to secure a Rental Date(s), the Full Fee must be paid when the Contract is signed.  A copy of the Signed Contract, Rental Rules, and the Checklist for Check-In/Check-out and Clean-up will go home with the renter.
