Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk Hotel

Cons: Had Dinner there last night, we sat down at 8:35 and after 10-15 mins waitress came over ask if anyone was helping us. We ordered our meals . Mine came first 20 mins later and then the other 2 guest got theres 5 mins later. Food was good. Waitress came over said the restaurant was closing at 10. I said I was having desert and coffee my daughter was having desert. My wife had NOT finished her meal and asked the waitress for time to finish her meal. She walked away upset. 15 mins later came out and said they were all OUT of desert. Then she came back with a plate with a slice if cake and white gooey stuff around it. When asked what it was she said it was SUPPOSED to be whip cream. Then she came back with a slice of FROZEN cheesecake. The manager RYAN refused to come out and speak with us. The table next to us had overheard and watched the whole scenario. When they hot their food the order was WRONG. So they WALKED OUT. I have stayed in Sheraton all over the world this is by far the worst WORST Experience!!!!
